Who may use the site

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. If you use the site for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization.

Website use

We give you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, and nontransferable right to use this site for lawful business purposes, including learning about Lead Care Team, using our informational tools, and contacting us about our services.

You may not:

• use the site in violation of law or another person's rights
• interfere with the site's operation, security, or availability
• attempt to access accounts, systems, or information without authorization
• introduce malicious code or use automated tools to scrape, copy, or overload the site
• misrepresent your identity or submit information you do not have the right to provide
• copy or exploit site content for commercial use without our written permission

Information, examples, and calculators

The site provides general business and marketing information about lead generation, websites, CRM and attribution systems, lead intelligence, and related services. Site content may include examples, benchmarks, projections, estimates, and calculator outputs.

These materials are illustrative and depend on the information entered, assumptions used, market conditions, implementation, and factors outside our control. They are not promises or guarantees of revenue, lead volume, conversion rate, return on investment, or any other result.

No professional, legal, or financial advice

This site does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, or other regulated professional advice. If you need advice in one of those areas, you should work with a qualified professional in that field.

Inquiries and client services

Submitting a form, completing a fit check, requesting a call, or communicating with us does not create a client relationship or require either party to move forward.

These terms govern the public website only. Any client engagement is governed by the master services agreement, statement of work, data processing terms, or other written agreement signed for that engagement. If a signed client agreement conflicts with these terms concerning the services, the signed client agreement controls.

Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, branding, logos, graphics, software, calculators, page layouts, downloads, and design elements, are owned by Lead Care Team or used with permission. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

You may print or save a reasonable number of pages for your own internal business evaluation. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell, license, or create commercial derivative works from site content without prior written permission.

Third-party links and tools

The site may link to or work with third-party websites, scheduling tools, analytics providers, social platforms, or other services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's terms and policies.

User submissions

If you submit information through the site, you represent that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide it. Do not submit confidential client data, sensitive personal information, or information about another person unless it is reasonably necessary and you are authorized to share it.

If you voluntarily send us feedback or suggestions about the site or our services, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment to you. This does not give us ownership of personal information or confidential information submitted as part of a service inquiry.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising from or related to the site will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us specifically to access the site during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

Indemnification

If you use the site for a business, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lead Care Team and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of another party's rights.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site or our legal obligations change. We will post the updated terms here and revise the effective date. Changes apply prospectively. By continuing to use the site after updated terms take effect, you agree to the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and applicable federal law. Any dispute concerning these terms or the site must be brought in a state or federal court located in Minnesota, and each party consents to the jurisdiction of those courts.

General terms

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may assign these terms as part of a merger, sale, reorganization, or transfer of our business.

These terms are the entire agreement between you and Lead Care Team concerning use of the public website. They do not replace any signed client agreement.
