Everything you need to decide
Real answers to the questions business owners ask before, during, and after they start with the Lead Care System.
Getting Started
What to expect before you commit to anything
What is the Lead Lifecycle Audit?
A free 30-minute call where we look at how demand is currently moving through your advertising, website, CRM, and follow-up. We identify which stage is losing the most value — and what fixing it first would change for your revenue. No pitch deck, no proposal until we've looked at your actual situation.
What happens after the Lead Lifecycle Audit?
We identify which service — lead generation, the agentic website, or Lead Intelligence — addresses the biggest gap in your current setup. From there we scope the starting point, set the timeline, and align on what success looks like. You'll know exactly what we're building before you commit to anything.
Do I need to switch my CRM or ad accounts?
No. We connect to whatever you're currently running. Most of the feedback loop is built on data you already have — closed jobs in your CRM, existing campaigns in Google or Meta. If something genuinely needs to change, we'll say why before recommending it.
What do you need from us to begin?
Access to your ad accounts, CRM or lead tracking system, and basic pipeline data — what you're running, what's closed, what's stalled. We start by reading what you have. Most clients already have the data. It just hasn't been connected to anything useful yet.
The Lead Care System
How the connected system works — and how it's different from an agency
What is the Lead Care System?
A connected marketing stack built around one outcome: revenue per lead. It ties your lead generation, website, Lead Intelligence, and follow-up into a single loop — so what closes teaches your ads what to find next month. The reason it works better than a service menu: each part improves the others. The feedback loop only runs when the pieces are connected.
How is this different from hiring an agency to run our ads?
An agency optimizes for the metric it can see — usually CPL or form fill volume. We optimize for revenue per lead, which requires tracking what actually closes and feeding that signal back to the ad account. That feedback loop is what most agencies skip because they don't own the CRM side. When an agency can't see which leads became signed jobs, it keeps optimizing for cheaper form fills. The system learns from revenue. The agency learns from clicks.
Do the three services have to be purchased together?
No. Lead generation, the agentic website, and Lead Intelligence each solve a distinct problem and can be scoped independently. The Lead Lifecycle Audit identifies where your biggest gap is and that's where we start. They work better together — each one feeds the others — but the right entry point depends on your actual situation.
How is this different from what my current agency already does?
Most agencies are scoped to one part of the system and optimize for the metric they can see — usually CPL or traffic. The Lead Care System connects lead generation, website, and Lead Intelligence so the data from what closes actually changes what the campaigns do next. That's not a service most agencies offer because it requires owning more than one piece.
How the Lifecycle Works
How lead generation, the agentic website, and Lead Intelligence work together
How does lead generation connect to the rest of the system?
Most agencies run ads and report CPL. We connect every closed job back to the keyword, source, and ad type that produced it — so the ad account learns from revenue, not form fills. Over 90 days, budget shifts toward the sources that produce signed projects. CPL drops not because we cut spend, but because the system knows which homeowners to find.
What does the agentic website do that a normal contractor site doesn't?
Three things. It's built around how premium homeowners actually decide. Every form submission pipes project type, timeline, source, and page history into your CRM, so your team starts the first call with context already attached. And it feeds performance signals back to your ad accounts so campaigns learn from what converted, not just what clicked.
What is Lead Intelligence and why does it matter?
Lead Intelligence closes the feedback loop between your ad accounts and your CRM. Every closed job carries its source — keyword, channel, zip code — back to the ad that paid for it. Most contractors have 12 months of closed-job revenue data sitting in their CRM that their ad platform has never seen. When that returns to the account, it changes what the platform bids on. The ads get smarter without spending more.
What does the system optimize for over time?
Revenue per lead by source. As closed-job data accumulates in Lead Intelligence, ad spend shifts toward the keywords, channels, and zip codes that produce signed contracts — not just form fills. The system doesn't get louder over time. It gets more accurate about which homeowners to find.
Pricing and Contracts
What the system costs, what's included, and what happens if it doesn't work
What does Lead Care Team cost?
The Lead Care System starts at $2,995/month. Final pricing is based on scope — which services we're implementing and the complexity of your current setup. We walk through that on the Lead Lifecycle Audit call before you commit to anything.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Month-to-month after onboarding. That said, Lead Intelligence takes about 90 days to generate meaningful signal — the ad account needs enough closed-job data to learn from. A full quarter gives you a real read on what the system is producing.
What's the guarantee?
If the system isn't being delivered at the level we agreed on in the first 30 days, we'll make it right. We'd rather fix the issue than hide behind fine print.
What happens if we need to pause or cancel?
Thirty days notice is all we ask. We keep the handoff clean — campaigns, CRM workflows, and anything your team needs to maintain stays documented and accessible.
